I want to cancel my order.

If you want to cancel an order, please contact us no later than 9am Europe time the morning after you placed the order (9am Monday for orders placed at the weekend). We should then be able to stop despatch of your order and process a refund.

If you contact us after an order has been despatched, we can only process a refund if your order package is returned to us unopened within 7 days of receipt. Return postage is at your expense.

I have received a faulty dvd.

If you receive a defective disc please return it to us. We will then send a replacement dvd to you. Please note that we can only replace defective dvds with a new copy of the SAME title.

Faulty dvds should be returned, securely packed with a letter explaining the reason for the return, and sent to:-
